Field Salesperson / Physical Sales Executive

Overview: The Field Salesperson is responsible for driving sales by meeting potential clients in person, promoting the companys services, and closing deals through direct interaction. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to travel regularly to meet prospects, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building strong business relationships that contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients at their offices, institutions, or homes to present and promote the companys services and offerings.
  • Generate leads through direct field visits, networking, referrals, and local outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that match the companys offerings.
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales effectively in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, client feedback, and follow-up actions using sales tools or CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, community events, or business expos to expand brand awareness and generate interest.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide market insights, competitor updates, and client feedback to the internal sales and strategy teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and post-sale support.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure a professional and positive image of the company is maintained during all physical interactions and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Good organizational skills and time management
  • Basic understanding of CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Must be willing to travel frequently and manage client visits on a daily basis
  • A two-wheeler or vehicle (preferred) for local travel with a valid driving license
  • Ability to adapt to different customer types and business environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
