SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Once the placement is made, our Professional Recruiters continue to work closely with each consultant—guaranteeing a world-class experience and offering continued support throughout their careers. Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of our job placements last year.

MUST HAVES

• 2-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience.

• Experience in full life cycle recruiting (source, screen, onboarding, and consultant management) in the India market.

• Have a background and willingness to be in a high call volume environment.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word).

• Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and/or Career Builder.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones.

• Ability to work M-F onsite in our Hyderabad location

• Any experience with technical recruiting in addition to the India market.
