MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for the role of “Senior Associate"- Whse – Transportation Team for our

business operations in Bangalore, India. We prefer immediate joiners or short notice joiners.

Summary: The Warehouse Transportation Team manages all employee travel logistics, coordinating daily cab

schedules, tracking utilization and performance, and delivering comprehensive reports. They also support broader

travel needs, including arranging US domestic flight and hotel bookings when required.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage cab scheduling and operations for 350+ employees

• Plan, review, and adjust cab schedules finalized by operators

• Track and analyze cabutilization

• Send daily and weekly reports on usageand performance

• Coordinate US domestic flight and hotel bookings (advantageous)

• Communicate proactively with operators and drivers to confirm schedules andaddress any delays or route

issues.

• Handle on-the-fly changes such as rerouting or rescheduling due to traffic, absence, or emergencies

• Resolve transportation issues such as missed pickups, driver no-shows, or route deviations promptly

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in cab coordination preferred.

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements.

• Cost management and optimizationmindset.

• Ability to workwell in a team.
