• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows Environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood-to-Have SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 The Associate should be able to assist SME to understand the customer requirements, Provide application packaging using AdminStudio, and deployment leveraging Microsoft Configuration Manager2 Assist in upgrades, changes, or implementations for application Components while following established change control procedures as agreed with the customer.3 Assist for coordinating and implementing application for the project and/or organization maintaining the resulting product throughout its lifecycle4 Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment5 Lead and drive definition, implementation and enforcement of systems administration operational processes, procedures, policies and associated documentation6 Research, identify, and drive the implementation of innovative approaches to system administration tasks with a focus on automation, error reduction and service improvement7 Managing the Windows client image, application packaging and scripting, and related project work8 Communicate with a wide variety of users from executives to individual users
