We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong background in Pega technology. The ideal candidate will be CSSA certified and capable of understanding complex requirements, designing, and implementing high-quality Pega applications using out-of-the-box features. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across multiple locations.

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
• Analyze and clarify requirements to ensure alignment with project standards and goals.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design and develop robust Pega applications leveraging built-in functionalities with minimal supervision.
• Follow Pega best practices to optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Unit Testing:

• Develop and modify unit tests to ensure application quality.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions to identify and fix defects prior to deployment.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other cross-functional members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide regular updates, participate in team meetings, and contribute to project discussions.

• Pega Expertise: 6+years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) mandatory.
