Tools & TechnologiesProficient in using database migration tools such as AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), Ora2Pg, and Striim.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their database services.Skills:Strong understanding of database schemas, structures, and query optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.Strong communication and documentation skills to articulate migration strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.Certifications:Relevant certifications in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Database Specialty, Azure Database Administrator, etc.) are a plus.

ExperienceProven experience in database administration and migration, with a strong focus on Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL databases.Extensive experience with on-premises to on-premises and on-premises to cloud migrations.Experience in heterogeneous database migration, particularly between Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
