Oracle Database Trainee

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated 2021 and 2022 graduates who are eager to build their careers in Oracle Database Administration and Development. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training followed by deployment on live projects across various client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Oracle Database training including core concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, and database administration tasks
• Learn how to install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases
• Work on real-time projects under the supervision of senior DBAs and developers
• Perform basic database tuning, performance optimization, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions
• Assist in backups, recovery operations, and user access controls

Technical Knowledge (Preferred):

• Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of database structures, indexing, triggers, stored procedures
• Awareness of Oracle architecture is a plus
• Exposure to Linux/Unix commands preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility:

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc (IT or CS) graduates from 2021 or 2022 batch
• Strong interest in database technology and willingness to learn
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Available for full-time training and deployment post-training

Training & Deployment:

• Initial training period: [e.g., 2 months] (offline/online depending on location)
• Placement on internal projects or client locations based on performance and business needs
