Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven

Sales & Support Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will support business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our products through tele sales. This is and office-based role suited for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads by reaching out to potential clients across various channels, and actively work to convert leads into successful sales. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups via platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting and strategy alignment. Utilize tools such as Excel, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Desk to manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and streamline communication.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation/Bachelors degree in Business, or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development. D2C Industry Experience is Mandatory. Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.

Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Zoho. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work within a team and manage time effectively. Cross-functional collaboration skills.
