Senior User Experience Designer

Job PurposeWe are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Summarize and analyze data; provide recommendations based on research findings. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams to influence the product vision, roadmap, and goals through design. Collect and analyze user behavior (persona/roles) through methods such as internal interviews, field/customer visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments (A/B testing).

Experience in working on AI projects with a focus on UX. Understanding how AI can enhance user experience and implementing those insights into design. Design & Technical PhaseStrong experience in UI and UX Design.

Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Possess a portfolio that showcases interactive and visual design skills. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe, Visual design, and wire-framing tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and proactively address feedback, while representing and advocating for UI/UX and users. Skilled in researching, problem-solving, and detailed UI and interaction design. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.

Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensuring product excellence throughout the development and implementation process. Define design direction in close collaboration with Designers, Researchers, and Writers to establish the approach, tone, personality, and ease of use for end-to-end flows. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
