Hiring for Telecaller for JEWELLERY SHOWROOM in Panvel - Mumbai location

Position Title : Telecaller

Location: Tanishq , Shivaji chowk , Panvel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling to increase customer visit in showroom
  • Call existing and potential customers to inform them about product
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Maintain call records and update the CRM system regularly
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Birthday calls / Anniversary calls to increase customer visit in showroom
