Telesales Executive

We are Hiring Telesales ExecutiveExperience: Minimum 9 months to 1 year in telecalling or sales (Customer care and freshers not eligible)Languages: Must be fluent in English and HindiLocation: Whitefield, BangaloreIndustry Experience Preferred: NBFC products such as:Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Shares,Loan Against Property,Credit Card,Insurance,Education LoansRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Product Expertise:Explain features and eligibility of NBFC products; recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
  • Customer Interaction:Build rapport, handle objections, and provide clear, professional responses.Consistently meet sales targets and maintain performance benchmarks.Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow company and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams and share feedback to enhance sales strategies.
