Quote Review : Evaluate

I nventory Management : Monitor stock levels
and initiate orders for additional supplies as needed to maintain adequate
inventory levels.
Purchase Order Preparation : Generate
purchase orders for all materials, equipment, and other items required for
customer order fulfilment.
Supplier Communication : Maintain
communication with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any
issues that may arise.
Supplier Evaluation : Review
bids from potential new suppliers to assess their suitability for the company's
needs.
Reporting : Prepare reports on inventory levels and
purchasing activity to support management in making informed business decisions.
