We are looking for a self-driven data professional who can look at unstructured problems, define the right frameworks, build scalable systems, and independently convert data into institutional intelligence. You must be able to structure problems, create analytical frameworks, and deliver insights independently — not just execute instructions or generate pre-defined reports. Key Responsibilities Systems & Architecture (Not just reporting) - Design and maintain data systems across the student lifecycle, academics, exams, finance, and HR - Build data models, taxonomies, definitions, and frameworks - Standardize data flows and ensure integrity across SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, and integrations Advanced Analytics & Insights - Build interactive dashboards and institutional KPI frameworks - Transform raw data into decision-ready insights for leadership - Drive reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/term-based) - Run predictive models for admissions, enrollment, capacity planning, and resource allocation Problem Solving & Automation - Identify bottlenecks and design automated workflows for attendance, results, transcripts, scheduling, and administrative processes - Build scalable processes rather than one-off solutions Cross-functional Leadership - Partner with Admissions, Academics, HR, Finance & Marketing to work on data driven reporting with operational efficiency. What You Bring - 5-7 years of experience in MIS / Data / Analytics - Strong Advanced Excel skills + exposure to Power BI/Tableau - Understanding of ERP/CRM systems - Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving abilities - High attention to detail, process orientation & data confidentiality
