Location: Warangal, Telangana (On-site) Company: Tapza Technologies About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our growing team at Tapza Technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services that power our products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and committed to writing clean, efficient code. Role & responsibilities  Develop, optimise, and maintain modular web applications using React / Next.js with TypeScript. Implement real-time updates and notifications using WebSockets, Firebase, or similar frameworks. Integrate REST APIs and manage client-side state efficiently using Redux Toolkit or React Query. Translate Figma/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, pixel-perfect pages. Optimise performance, implement lazy loading, caching, and error-boundary handling. Write reusable components and maintain component libraries for shared modules. Review intern code, conduct basic testing, and enforce Git/GitHub best practices. Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to ensure smooth API/UI sync. Participate in agile sprints, product demos, and planning meetings. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of professional experience in React / Next.js. Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Experience building real-time interfaces (e.g., sockets, Firebase, Supabase, or GraphQL subscriptions). Practical knowledge of Redux Toolkit / React Query / Zustand for state management. Working experience with TailwindCSS / Material UI for design systems. Good understanding of API integration, authentication, and error handling. Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred) Basic Understanding of UI/UX Designing. Familiarity with AI integrations, chat UIs, or analytics dashboards. Experience with charting libraries (Recharts / Chart.js / D3.js). Basic DevOps understanding (Vercel, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines). Prior work in ERP, CRM, or large-scale web products.
