Responsibilities: Handle complete trade fulfillment operations for pre-IPO and private market securities. Coordinate with investors for documentation, confirmations, payment follow-ups, and post-trade updates. Verify investor details, transaction inputs, pricing, and calculations to ensure accuracy before processing trades. Track fund inflows and outflows, manage reconciliations, and ensure timely settlement. Maintain accurate records of transactions, agreements, and compliance documentation. Update trade status and reports across internal systems and dashboards. Liaise with counterparties, custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment. Conduct periodic reconciliations for trades, funds, and securities movement. Support KYC/AML checks and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines. Prepare MIS reports, trade logs, fulfillment summaries, and data-driven insights for management. Assist in optimizing operational processes, SOPs, and automations to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Resolve trade-related queries and issues professionally and promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to work on calculations, reconciliations, and pricing checks. Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, Data Cleaning, etc.). Strong understanding of operational workflows, trade processes, and documentation. Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with a strong sense of process accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
