Key Responsibilities: - Ensure daily office facility operations are smooth and efficient - Supervise housekeeping and security teams - Manage employee transport and coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, flights) - Serve as the primary contact for visa applications and liaise with visa agencies - Maintain optimal office supplies availability - Support the organization of in-house and offsite office events - Participate in new projects and perform special tasks as needed Reporting & Administrative Duties: - Prepare and share reports on office-related activities with management - Maintain and verify the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring annual physical verification of assets - Monitor and report on housekeeping and security staff performance - Act as a backup team member during leave periods Process & Compliance: - Implement best practices, controls, and automation to enhance productivity - Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company safety guidelines - Support corporate initiatives, including system implementations and transformations - Handle all other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in any field; knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles within MNCs - Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience with ERPs like Oracle, SAP, etc. - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and collaborate across teams - Flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and in any shift as requiredAfter reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Executive administration at the office Bengaluru above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
