Your Team:
This role will support the Data quality BAU for the Reporting hub. The senior analyst will review quality processes and improve the overall operational model. This job requires maintaining highest standards of data quality for Client & Product Reporting for Invesco’s institutional/ retail clients and business partners.
Client Reporting is an essential part of our business, leading effective clients’ investment decision making based on their financial objectives. This job requires maintaining highest standards of Client & Product Reporting for Invesco’s institutional/ retail clients and business partners by being responsible for the administration of Invesco’s products and defined portfolios.
Your Role:
With adequate Business analysis skills, participate and lead projects/initiative in individual capacity.
Formulate frameworks and/ or create proposals for any initiatives/ projects
Oversee the process SMEs on process related initiatives and projects
Responsible for reviewing reports based on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/ or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
Ensure that all the queries are duly attended, and reporting manager is kept informed of significant issues.
Identify the risks in the current & future to-be handled projects, along with recommendations n mitigating the same.
Keep all the procedural documents up-to date, process trainings, ensure that the BIA/FMEA documents are updated regularly and well prepared for any BCP instance.
Able to work under no or minimal supervision, communicate and coordinate independently with stakeholders on any initiatives
Challenge the status quo and drive process improvement innovative ideas.
Prepare periodical MI reports and thereon, advise the reporting manager on initiatives.
Coach prospective Lead Analyst aspirants
The Experience You Bring:
7+ years’ experience in Investment management industry with a sound understanding of investment operations.
2+ years’ experience of handling initiatives/projects within team/department and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
2+ years of experience working in Data related roles
Experience maintaining and strengthening relationship with stakeholders.
Ability to apply business analysis skills and help team members develop the same.
Ability to work under situations with rigorous deadlines, collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive change within department/multiple teams.
Academic requirements:
MBA Or any professional qualification with finance as the major
