Job Description: Job Title: Senior Microsoft D365 Techno-Functional Architect- FTE Shift Timings:1:00 PM IST till 10:00 PM IST Location: PAN INDIA Remote, Work from Home Experience required:10 to 15 years We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Architect with deep expertise across both Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). This senior leadership role combines solution architecture, techno-functional delivery, pre-sales, and practice development. The ideal candidate will lead pre-sales engagements, design POCs, respond to RFPs, create Statements of Work (SOWs), mentor the D365 team, and ensure solution excellence. Strong understanding of Supply Chain and CRM processes, coupled with technical knowledge of Dual Write, Power Automate, and integrations, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead pre-sales activities: customer demos, POCs, RFP responses, SOW creation, and solution presentations. - Act as Solution Architect across D365 F&O and CE, delivering end-to-end implementations. - Design and oversee Dual Write integrations, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and customizations. - Map business requirements to D365 capabilities in Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM. - Lead, mentor, and train consultants (functional, technical, and junior team members). - Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and Microsoft guidelines. - Partner with sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives. Support pre-sales by preparing proposals, effort estimations, and SOWs in collaboration with sales teams. - Present solution designs and value propositions to senior leadership and C-level executives. Qualifications & Skills: 12+ years overall IT experience, with 7+ years in Microsoft D365 F&O & CE. Strong Techno-Functional expertise (customization + business process mapping). Hands-on with Dual Write, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations, extensions & customizations. Experience in pre-sales: POCs, RFPs, proposals, and solution demos. Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM. Leadership experience: mentoring teams, training, and leading delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skill. Demonstrated ability to engage in pre-sales cycles, develop proposals, estimations, and present solutions effectively. Preferred: Microsoft D365 Architect certifications (F&O / CE). Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps). Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution.
