Training Manager

Job Title: Training Manager - Luxury RetailLocation: Bangalore, IndiaSalary: Up to ₹25 LPA (depending on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Training Manager to join a prestigious luxury brands team in Bangalore. This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives to elevate our boutique teams service, expertise, and brand storytelling—aligning fully with our signature standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities1.

Conduct training needs analysis to design and implement training calendars and schedules aligned with business goals, similar to the responsibilities at brands.2. Develop and deliver engaging training modules, including "Train-the-Trainer" programs, coaching plans, and product/service immersion sessions3. Track and evaluate training effectiveness, using KPIs, feedback, and mystery shopping results to refine programs and ensure a strong ROI4.

Collaborate with retail leadership—including boutique managers, sales teams, and L&D partners—to implement impactful training and maintain brand consistency

Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in luxury retail training, ideally in boutique environments and L&D roles

Demonstrated ability to build, deliver, and manage training programs across product knowledge, customer service, and coaching techniques.Strong strategic mindset with experience tracking performance analytics, KPIs, and ROIExcellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for training coordination and reporting
