Title: Senior SharePoint developerLocation: Madurai, TNDuration: Full time Job Description:Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who excels in building scalable SharePoint Online solutions and enjoys working in a collaborative digital environment. The ideal candidate has strong development skills in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies, with the ability to customize and extend SharePoint functionality to meet business needs.

Experience with SharePoint administration is a plus. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in SharePoint Online using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, pages, and web parts to improve collaboration and workflow.

Build and optimize business process automation using Power Platform tools. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues related to performance, permissions, or integrations.

Maintain technical documentation, support materials, and training guides. Follow Microsoft best practices for solution architecture, security, and governance. (Bonus)

Assist with SharePoint administration tasks such as site provisioning, permissions management, usage reporting, and policy enforcement. Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience developing with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Strong proficiency in:SharePoint Framework (SPFx)Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIsSolid understanding of SharePoint architecture, lists/libraries, metadata, and security model.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SharePoint administration (site settings, permissions, governance, reporting).

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Teams integrations. Experience using tools like ShareGate, Nintex, or PnP PowerShell. Previous experience in long-term remote contract roles
