People Management:Leadership: Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects. Program management skill - Team & delivery management, Stakeholder and financial mgmt. Strong proficiency in design, development, maintenance, and support of AI systems.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
