JOB DETAILS

1) Identify and Develop new Contract Manufacturers to meet business need and regulatory Compliance.
2) Managing Product Supply through Contract Manufacturing and TP units as per market demand within timelines direct all activities related to production , planning mfg. activities.
3) Organize , participate in Techno / Commercial audits and ensure compliance to the recommendations and findings.
4) Preparation of Monthly Production MIS Plan and lead product transfer / technology transfer exercise and ensure continuity of Supplies.
5) Support to R D packaging development for trial at LLU.
6) Support Cost improvement projects through yield improvement control on material Consumption Responsible for preparation of manufacturing spend budgets.
7) Commercial negotiations with Contract Manufacturers.
8) Follow up with material department for materials availability against the monthly plan and as per priority given by logistics dept.
9) Review monthly yield and consumptions , analyse and to take corrective action. Guide Manufacturing location for optimization of yield and consumption of packing material.
10) Handle market complaints and deviations of contract manufacturing sites and LL sites Review meetings with Production and Purchase Teams
